Refund policy

We print every item to order, just for you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery at tumbleloomstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item — we will reprint it or refund you, your choice. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered, but if we made any mistake, we will always make it right.
