Shipping policy

Every Tumbleloom product is printed to order by our production partners near you (USA, India, UAE and 30+ locations). Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping: US 3–5 business days, India 4–7, GCC 3–6, rest of world 5–10. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping: Saudi Arabia & GCC orders SAR 200+, US orders SAR 190+, India orders SAR 62+. Rest of world orders: standard shipping applies, with no free-shipping threshold.

Duties and taxes

We print your order as close to you as we can — US orders are normally printed in the US, India orders in India, and Gulf orders in the UAE or nearby — so most orders arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases, an order may be produced in another country (for example, if the nearest facility is out of stock), and local import rules could then add a duty or fee at delivery. If that ever happens to your order, email us at tumbleloomstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the charge — we will sort it out, and if we cannot, we will refund the charge.
